QM Technician (Dock Auditor)

Execute OE tire inspections for warehoused tires in the outbound area to ensure product quality compliance with Continental standards and Original Equipment (OE) customer requirements

ดำเนินการตรวจสอบยางสำหรับส่งลูกค้าโรงประกอบรถยนต์(ยาง OE) ที่ถูกจัดเก็บในคลังสินค้าบริเวณพื้นที่ขาออก เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของคอนติเนนทอลและข้อกำหนดของลูกค้าโรงประกอบรถยนต์ (ลูกค้า OE)

ESH อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย

› Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work.
› Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others.
› Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in
case of unsafe or polluting hazards.

› Perform OE's tires inspection of already warehoused tires at the outbound area.
› Coordinate quality issues handling and non-conforming handling in warehouse.
› Maintain data record and related quality documents in outbound area.

› ดำเนินการตรวจสอบยางสำหรับส่งลูกค้าโรงประกอบรถยนต์(ยาง OE) ที่ถูกจัดเก็บในคลังสินค้าบริเวณพื้นที่ขาออก
› ประสานงานการจัดการปัญหาคุณภาพ และควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดภายในคลังสินค้า
› จัดเก็บบันทึกและเอกสารคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการขาออกให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน

› Monitor OE tire loading processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
› Manage OE returned tires and handle claims and quality complaints effectively.
› Support all plant quality activities related to OE tires.

› การติดตามกระบวนการโหลดยางสำหรับส่งลูกค้าโรงประกอบรถยนต์(ยาง OE) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
› การจัดการยางOEที่ถูกส่งคืน และข้อร้องเรียนด้านคุณภาพยางสำหรับส่งลูกค้าโรงประกอบรถยนต์(ยาง OE)
› สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านคุณภาพทั้งหมดของโรงงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยาง OE

Quality management system ระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ

› Coordinate internal and external process audits in the outbound area.
› Perform regular product audits in accordance with company standards and OE customer requirements.

› ประสานงานการตรวจสอบกระบวนการสำหรับภายในและภายนอกองค์กรบริเวณพื้นที่คลังสินค้าขาออก
› การตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นประจำตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท/ ข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า OE

Other Responsibilities ความรับผิดชอบอื่นๆ

› Oversee non‑conforming product handling in the outbound warehouse.
› Maintain 5S practices and housekeeping in all working areas to meet company standards.
› Conduct regular reviews of warehouse‑related quality documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

› รักษามาตรฐาน 5ส และความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยในพื้นที่ทำงานทั้งหมด
› ทบทวนเอกสารด้านคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคลังสินค้าเป็นประจำ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลถูกต้องและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด

Education: Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or above

วุฒิการศึกษา: ประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) 

Professional  Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing process/quality function. 
Minimum 1 years of experience within the automotive industry (Tire manufacturing is plus)
