Main tasks:

  • Ensures technical and production responsibility for serial products, supervises tool costs, and ensures product quality.
  • He orders the tools needed for production, ensures their availability in time, and monitors if they are functional.
  • He is responsible for the tools inventory, he keeps a situation with the available tools and the necessary ones.
  • Supervises the operation of the tools and intervenes whenever problems arise, ensuring that they are functional. Contribute to solving the problems related to the tools, so that they are available and serve the series production.
  • He is responsible for initiating improvement proposals (change requests) regarding the tools or raw materials used and following their status.
  • Proposes improvements of the production process, and of the layout to obtain the desired results.
  • It proposes measures to optimize current processes to reduce costs, e.g. regarding cost reduction programs, changes, etc.
  • He is involved in the stage of establishing the feasibility of the project, he contributes with technical information. It contributes information in the stage of establishing the need for new investments.
  • Prepares information and reports according to the requirements of hierarchical superiors.

  • Technical University - graduated
  • 2 years relevant professional experience in automotive engineering preferred
  • 6 months of internal experience is an advantage
  • English language - advanced level
  • Knowledge of technical drawing
