• HR KPI´s reports to staff management.
• Follow up with corporate and local department in payroll topics.
• Point of contact with Production department in absenteeism and fluctuation topics.
• Environment improvement strategies for shop floor people.
• Customer service in HR processes for the employees (1800 HC) .
• Project management in HR processes.
• Labor and disciplinary processes management.
• LFT, Code of Conduct and "RIT" management in the location.
• Talent Acquisition - Recruitment processes support

• Bachelor's degree: LRI, LA, LPO, or similar. 
• Advanced English
• 3 + years of experience in similar role
• Knowledge:
  • Labor Relations 
  • Payroll process
  • KPI's Management 
  • Data & Report Analysis 
  • Advanced LFT (Internal Documents RIT)
  • SAP system (desirable)
• Skills:
  • Analytical and Problem Solving
  • Negotiation
  • Customer Service
