Group leader (Function development)

• People management, including people development, regular feedback, carrier planning, performance evaluation, motivation
• Organization of work package distribution, fulfill manpower needs of projects
• Ensure optimal task distribution inside the group, considering technical skills and cost effectiveness
• Hiring new colleagues, integrate new team members into the team, make sure about sufficient mentoring
• Cooperation with international partner development groups
• Support work of department leader in general (purchase, invest)
• Maintain a good, constructive mood, strong team spirit within group

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in any field of engineering
• 2-5 years experience in leading people
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confident English communication
• Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude
