As one of Continental's Industrial Solutions AMERICAS Content Creators, you are responsible for a holistic, coherent, and effective content strategy and its execution.
Strategy
- Create messages and stories for your BA's target groups based on your profound customer and product know-how.
- Take ownership of one or more specific topic, including conducting research, building a network of knowledge holders, and gathering information.
- Develop a consistent storyline for the chosen topics, including creating basic materials (such as messaging frameworks, briefings, and whitepapers) in conjunction with external service providers and channel owners.
- Develop, maintain, and update target driven social media content.
- Develop, maintain and update search engine optimized content for our sector's company website www.continental-industry.com and possible 2nd and 3rd line brand websites.
- Develop, maintain and update content for BA specific applications, e.g., customer portals or product demos.
- Develops email marketing campaigns and manage email content calendar
- Owns Conti distribution channels and decides how to disseminate story/news based on audience & goals
Collaboration
- Work with other BA’s Content Creators to align distribution strategies for each topic.
- Take part in relevant councils on sector level.
- Partner with Product Marketing Team on the creation and coordination of marketing materials and product launches
- Partner with service providers (video production, ad agency)
Marketing Communications
- Develops comprehensive product styleguide
- Final reviewer of communications for consistency of voice and styleguide adherance
Tvoj profil
- University degree in the field of Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or comparable qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in communications or related field
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify trends and insights to develop effective and holistic content strategy
- Knowledge of internal and digital communication channels; experience in media & public relations as a plus
- Experienced in complex matrix organizations
- High level of commitment and understanding of different stakeholder communication requirements
- Hands-on-mentality
- High level of resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
- Quick grasp of new concepts
- Ability to build and move within organizational independent networks
