IT Service Management Specialist - Group IT (m/f/diverse) - REF32029D

The (ITSM) Specialist is the representative and champion of IT Service Management in within Group IT Infrastructure and is responsible for coordinating and supporting ITSM activities within the organization.

The position can be staffed in Regensburg, Frankfurt or Hanover. 

Responsibilities:

• Development of a global Group IT Infrastructure service management strategy in alignment with the global service management organizations
• Provide ITSM consulting and training for Group IT Infrastructure management team and service organization on all topics related to ITSM frameworks
• Align and coordinate with other Group ITSM Specialists to establish and implement common ITSM roadmap items and processes
• Manage and address ITSM demands and change requests
• Drive implementation and application of mandatory ITSM processes within Group IT IN
• Champion and drive the continuous improvement of ITSM maturity levels within Group IT IN
• Manage Group IT IN service catalog (service portfolio management)
• Represent Group IT in the global Continental IT Service Management Community
• Coordinate & support ITSM roll-out/implementation activities within Group IT Infrastructure (tools & processes)
• Participate in projects, committees and working groups to provide subject matter expertise
• Assume the Product Owner role in the Group Infrastructure Service Management SCRUM team

• Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in IT service management, IT processes and/or governance within a global organization 
• Certifications in ITIL framework (V3 or V4) are highly desirable
• Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken); German language skills are desirable
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• Ability to manage small to medium size projects
• Be self-organized, proactive and detail-oriented
