Make improvements in production, analyzing and monitoring the indicators (KPI's), proposing improvements and suggestions for items with dispersion.

Propose solutions to eliminate productivity problems identified during the production process

Daily meetings for quality issues (Fast Response)

Participate in training, monitoring and implementation of TPM on the line.

Monitor the development of new projects and changes to existing projects, along with product engineering and project management, aiming to reduce costs, as well as propose improvements

Implement actions to improve production processes, aiming at product quality or optimizing setup time.

Perform Try-Out's on the assembly lines, checking for problems and difficulties observed in the process.

Mechanical or mechatronics engineering
