Secure running changes introduction with customers on time, on budget and with quality expected. Assure design quality by applying robust engineering development methods, processes and validations.

Define and approve with collaboration of experts the future product roadmaps and applied technologies. Mechanic projects development. Assure design quality by applying robust engineering development methods, processes and validations.

Negotiate internally and externally partnerships and strategic sourcing decisions. Definition of the specification for the production line. Analysis of the production equipments, Dimensional Report Analysis, Customer technical support, Validation of the production equipments. Validation Plan preparationIdentify talents, discuss career growth / opportunities with employees; optimize team allocating the best people for each function.

Propose R&D team organization for the present and the future, get approval from management for proposal, plan and implement the approved organization .Conduct team to achieve program results (R&D), direct team for quality, eliminate roadblocks that may occur during development, control budget, effort estimation. Coach team on technical issues; ensure that process is followed, participate on important decisions, share lessons learned between different programs.

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (experience in the field of development)
• Good leadership skills
• Knowledge of automotive development processes
• Fluent English language skills (oral and written)
