SAP HR HCM PA/OM/TM Consultant

Provides SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) application support for the SAP HCM PA/ OM/ PT/ Authorizations modules as well as GHR (Global HR).

Designs, configures, reliable, sustainable, best practice SAP HCM PA/ OM/ PT/ Authorizations solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations.

Participates in HCM projects in accordance with Company project management methodology.

Individual contributor to an HCM application portfolio supporting approximately 23,000 employees and rounded 2,000 SAP HCM users.

Utilizes the Company's incident and change management tool to receive and act upon customer requirements.

Documents business requirements in the form of functional specifications, business  blueprints, statement(s) of work,Works cooperatively within own team to maximize resource utilization and effectiveness in an effort to ensure on-time delivery of solutions.

(Desirable) Provides support for Cloud SAP Success Factors Employee Central support for regular operation replication topics. 

2-4 Year experience in implementing SAP modules

2-4 Year experience in Operations Support to SAP modules

Experience in Ticketing systems for Incidents and Work Order resolution

English Intermediate

SAP HCM Academia (Desirable)
