Support Analyst

Promote support to key users and/or end users. Promote training to users and also to the team itself when necessary. Support for IT applications and others. IT infrastructure support. Incident support activities. Support for “change management”.  Activity of installation, movement, delivery, change and disposal of equipment. Support based on Automotive IT principles, standards, processes and tools. Contact with third parties and/or suppliers for maintenance of IT assets/services. Perform technical processes based on global guidelines for system and equipment maintenance.  Act in accordance with Information Security policies.

Complete Technical Education or above in Information Technology or related areas.

Intermediate English.
