Working Student - Customs & Foreign Trade EMEA (m/f/diverse) - REF24496Z

We are offering a working student position in the area of Customs & Global Trade with an immediate start date. The possible working hours include 20 hours per week and should cover a period of at least 6 and up to 12 months. The work will mainly take place remotely, but sometimes, presence at our city location in Frankfurt may also be necessary.

As a working student (m/f/diverse) you will provide support in research for statements on customs and foreign trade law issues, and you will take over general administrative tasks, e.g.:

• Analyse and Preparation of Export Documentations to ensure smooth process of export processing
• Preparation requested Documentations from Customs Office and Statistics Federal Office
• Support with projects to ensure financial savings and increase business excellence
• Update trainings documentations and reporting
• Assist with the documentation of customs and foreign trade law processes, e.g.:
  • Support Preferential Clearance for OEM customers
  • Data Management and Update SAP Settings
  • Proactive Contacting Suppliers to collect needed Supplier
  • Declarations and Issue Declarations for the Customers/Maintain Customers Portals

• Student of Economics, Business Law, International Trade, Finance and Taxes, Supply Chain Management or a similar field
• Confident handling of MS Office-programs
• Very good German and English language skills
• You have strong analytical and organizational skills
• An independent, structured and careful way of working is one of your strengths
• You bring along an open mindset, initiative, motivation and team spirit
