Smart Materials Mechatronics Systems Tester Intern (IDX: 2022-00106)

Work scope: By joining us, you will be part of the User Experience (UX) business area of Continental, one of the biggest OEM of automotive parts and a forerunner in the development of tomorrow's mobility solutions. You will contribute to the development of future Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and improve the safety and experience of automotive users.

You will join a team developing mechatronics products. You will prototype and perform measurements  on smart materials based haptic products based and analyze and report the results. The measurement tools involve XYZ Gantry robot, displacement sensors, force sensors and more. You may also be involved in improving the measurement tools or their Labview based controls.  

Knowledge and interest in one of the following fields: Labview, electrical lab equipment, actuators and sensors, analog circuit design, mechanical/electrical prototyping
