Working Student - HR Learning and Training (m/f/diverse) REF21834B

Within our HR department, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) with a weekly working time of 20 hours with an immediate starting date and for a period of one year.

As a working student (m/f/diverse), your tasks will include the following activities:

• Support in identifying training and learning needs and implementing corresponding training in the Tire Academy
• Training planning, support, and follow-up with insight into our internal training processes
• Organization and administration of training and certification programs for specific job categories of the "Tire Academy"
• Creation of reports on training progress, needs and evaluations to ensure an efficient training and qualification process for employees
• Contact for internal customers and users of the Tire Academy platform and troubleshooting support

Furthermore, you will cover tasks and topics like:

• Training planning, support, and follow-up with insight into our internal training processes
• Training evaluation and compilation of suggestions for improvement for future training sessions
• Trainer and participant advice
• Support of the LMS (Learning Management System)
• Support and contribute to ongoing learning projects

• Students (m/f/divers) in the field of educational sciences, information management, economics, media studies, communication sciences or a related subject
• Confident handling of MS Office-programs
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Creativity, high level of initiative
• good organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility
