O_HR Business Partner for Fix employees (Carei)

-Ensures both short-term and long-term strategy of local clients in accordance with corporate policies related to human relations, organizational and employee development by defining and implementing appropriate strategic HR initiatives necessary to meet the defined business strategy (e.g. planning workforce strategy, human resources transformation)

- Guides employees and superiors in HR matters (supports decision-making and acts as a consultant). Drives them to the right point of contact and promotes the full portfolio of HR-related services (e.g. payroll, data management, recruiting

- Consult with Centers of Expertise (CoE) on the full portfolio of HR-related processes (e.g. compensation and benefits) and address business needs towards the CoE

- Ensures the consistent application and compliance of policies, programs and procedures defined in the field of human resources

- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements necessary changes to cover risks

- Maintain collaboration with all stakeholders in line with the balance of cooperation (e.g. BU HR)

-Coordinates and implements (business) change projects in the area of ​​responsibility together with the management of the respective organizational units and internal/external experts (if applicable)

- Introduces / implements new HR services, systems and processes (from Shared Service and CoE) in the assigned organization

- Leads and implements HR projects in assigned area of ​​responsibility - Participates in other business projects, representing with general human resources knowledge to achieve project results

- Consult and guide the organization during periods of significant change (e.g. digital transformation, VUCA world) and support organizational development

- Act as an example of our company's values ​​and culture.
