IT Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our IT Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate should have experience leading both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum projects, and possess a strong understanding of Project Management methodologies. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading project teams, planning and executing projects, ensuring successful project delivery, and providing effective communication and reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead project teams ensuring that projects are delivered within scope, on time and within budget
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership, project sponsors, and team members
• Ensure compliance with project management methodology, standards, and best practices
• Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices
• Support the organization's strategic initiatives by aligning project goals with business objectives
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in IT Project Management especially IT Infrastructure
• Proven experience leading both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum projects
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in ITIL/ITSM processes is a plus
• Certifications in Project Management Agile or Waterfall are desirable ( Eg: PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP, CSM ) are a desirable
• Language requirements: English
