Algo Test Engineer

The responsibilities include:

• Delivery of the committed work package results within the planned time, effort and quality.
• Proactive communication of e.g. delays, problems during testing
• Conduct of reviews (SW / Algo test specifications)

Knowledge and capabilities required:

• Knowledge in Test strategy and Test performance
• Knowledge in Test result Analysis and Reporting
• Test tool usage
• Requirement Analysis

Competencies:

• Automotive experience.
• Strong Programming skills - Python, Database(Oracle, MySQL)
• Good knowledge on Automation testing
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Experience in software testing methodologies and quality assurance methods
• Latest python libraries(Pandas, Matplotlip)
• Experience in Automotive Software testing, ADAS preferred
• Doors ,Requirement engineering knowledge
• Strong Analytical and debugging skills
• Good Communication

Skill set:

• Languages : Python, M scripting
• Tools : Pycharm, Git, Doors
• Optional : PYQt, Html, REST API

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech
Experience: 2-3 Years

• Deliver changes/improvements to Python based test framework for Functions such as ACC/LCF etc.
• They have to understand the tickets assigned to them using Jira/IMS, analyze and implement the changes and get reviewed.
• They would have to work independently under the guidance of FTO
• They should be proactive, communicative and agile.
• They should participate in  automation activity to reduce the manual effort involved in generating test report.
• They would have to coordinate review and test activity for their changes with support of team.
• Generate test report for assigned projects on regular/preodic basis
