Project Functional Safety Manager

• 5+ years experience in performing functional safety activities for automotive products during all project phases (concept, requirements, design, verification & validation and production)consistent with the ISO 26262 standard.
• Hands-On project experience in implementing safety life cycle activities for an automotive product.
• Good know-how on the expectation of FSM work products from each part/clause of ISO 26262(System, HW and SW).
• Conduct technical reviews with product teams to ensure functional/technical safety requirements are being met throughout product development cycles.
• Active Participation in the FSM Audits and Assessments for every milestones and thereby achieving the ISO26262 expectations.
• Practical experience on analyzing the technical safety impact changes for new customer specific requirements.
• Inculcating AGILE methodologies to FSM work products in adherence with ISO 26262 standards.
• Educate and drive the project team on the expectation of FSM work products whenever required
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Product Development Life Cycle(System Eng, SW Eng and HW Eng)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech
