Software Testing Engineer ADCU (m/f/d) REF19883M

We are looking for you to support our business area Autonomous Mobility at the location Ulm.

In your role as software engineer (m/f/diverse) you will be responsible for the design, piloting and rollout of existing projects into new ADCU projects. Additionally, you will review the different test methods starting from build acceptance tests, integration tests, nightly tests, platform tests etc. Furthermore, you will define and pilot suitable generic approaches in customer projects.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Ensuring that a standard testing methodology is applied to all new ADCU projects
• Supporting projects in setting up the initial test environment and coaching them in its use
• Collection of lessons learned from the current projects and defining countermeasures for upcoming projects
• Supporting the identification of future test scopes and defining automated test procedures for these scopes
• Coordinating the various test teams worldwide and ensuring that they follow a common strategy

• Academic degree in information technology, electrical engineering or comparable 
• Several years of professional experience with software testing in ADCU projects
• ISTQB certified tester foundation level or equal
• Experience on all test levels (software, system and system integration) is a plus
• Experience with handling HIL test environments is a plus
• Good knowledge of ASPICE is a plus
• Knowledge of tools like CANoe, vTest Studio, VT systems and debugger tools like Lauterbach etc.
• Scripting knowledge (CAPL & Python etc.)
• Very good English language skills, written and spoken 
• Good German language skills are a plus
• High level of motivation and passion to drive content together with other colleagues
