Development engineer II. at R&D div., dpt. Virtual development - Commercial Tires

You will become part of an innovative development department, shaping our truck and bus products. You will be responsible for:

• Close cooperation with other R&D departments worldwide
• Development of tread pattern concepts for truck and bus tires based on customer requirements
• Optimization of tire specification
• Execution and evaluation of various simulation methods
• Active participation in simulation studies
• Participation in product development and technology projects
• Transforming ideas into invention disclosures / patents 

Deputization for maternity leave

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or other science fields
• Analytical thinking and ability to analyze complex topics
• Structured, self-depended working style
• Strong customer and result orientation
• Strong communication skills and passion to drive
• English language proficiency – written and spoken

Salary based on experience, skills and competencies of a candiadte. Starting salary for a fresh graduate from 1660€ brutto, average salary increase in 1 year might be up to 2100€

Target salary for internal candidates is tariff grade 11
