Overview:
Design, control, maintenance and calibration of assembly equipment and systems for production and test equipment. Plant wide management of all production equipment. Documentation of electronic equipment performance and reliability. Support continuous improvements of all equipment through cycle time and NOK reduction, poke yoke, preventive maintenance, etc.
Core responsibilities:
1. Assist Maintenance and Quality personnel in troubleshooting, calibration and repair of production and test equipment
2. Support continuous improvements to increase safety, quality, production performance/efficiency
3. Assure proper function of production and test equipment
4. Design and program all equipment electrical functions
5. Assure that spare parts are stocked to assure minimum downtime
6. Develop, publish and maintain current specifications product change-over instructions (protocols)
7. Train and develop maintenance technicians
8. Support new production process development to launch new customer product

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in Engineering
* Good communication skills to function efficiently in a team environment,
* Excellent time management skills necessary to attain high degree of efficiency and productivity,
*Efficient computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* 2 years experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
* Knowledge of programming, troubleshooting, and installation of PLC/IPC controls,
* Advanced computer skills, PLC/IPC skills
* Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Pneumatic proficiency,
* Proficient in programming, troubleshooting, and installation of intelligent Vision inspection applications,
*Project management experience
