Customer Guest Engineer UX Display Meter

[Resp.]
•    Obtain, clarify, change requests and negotiate Automotive Requirements with JOEMs
•    Organize and moderate regular meeting between development team and customer product team
•    Responsible for HMI GUI design, seamless effect discussion with customer product team
•    Responsible for the design review of the UX Product & on vehicle level with customer product team
•    Confirm UX product functionality in the car 
•    Prepare functional requirement specifications, communication & diagnostic specifications and variation table
•    Verification of the repair manual　& the owner manual

[Support]
•    Support actively the verification and release process for UX products (Digital Cluster)
•    Identify business opportunities and support project acquisition, development, and mass-production
•    Support creation of material for regulation certification & compliance confirmation against regulations
•    Support functional safety & cyber security concept review, also VA/VE discussion with customer product team
•    Support the creation of an overall Quality Inspection Plan with internal stakeholders
•    Support bill of material creation and trial production
•    Support development content material creation
•    Support for the DRBFM of the UX product
 

[MUST to have]
•    Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering (工学部 etc.) - Required 
•    3+ years of progressive automotive industry experience - Design & technical requirements
•    Deep knowledge of automotive technology and good understanding of cockpit systems engineering (or ADAS　カメラシステム経験、インテリア・B/C経験、メカ（ダッシュボード等）経験）★メカ経験（樹脂知見）が重要（∵液晶ではない製品が主である為）
•    Capability to analyze technical problems including Problem Solving methods (5Why,FTA)経験
•    Excellent communication & presentation skills (English Business Level(2nd priority) required, Japanese Native level required)
•    Flexibility to frequent business travel （客先工場、IND等）

[Nice to have]
•    Process & Tool experience on Change-, Version- and Req. Management (CMMi, Spice) – Preferred
•    Requirement Engineering with DOORS in automotive environment – Preferred
•    Embedded development experience 
•    Familiar with JOEM standard process and working manner – Suzuki experience preferred
