4. Hands-on experience on MFC
5. Good Knowledge / Hands-on on Boost Libraries, Design patterns, Multi-threading
6. Good Knowledge / Hands-on on Data structures
7. Good understanding on Static Analysis and Memory Leak Tools
8. Practical experience on Unit Testing and UT tools
9. Ability to do code reviews
10. Good at Documentation
11. Practical experience on OpenGL, OpenCV
12. Basic knowledge on Python
13. Good Communication skills
