VED_Customer Project Manager

- Overall leader of a cross functional team for customer project(s).
- Responsible to ensure all project targets are achieved including product performance, schedule, budget, quality and customer satisfaction.

<Area of Responsibility/Tasks>
Responsible for managing the Project execution within Budget.
Ensure entire project meets or exceeds profit at award assumptions through cost tracking and control.
Plans, steers, coordinates and controls customer projects.
Report project status within the organization (using Conti defined tools) and to escalate critical issues as needed.
Project Lead for Quote activties / pre-development.
Technical presentations at customer side and internal.
Responsible for quality, timing, costs, industrialization and engineering of project.
Ensure on time delivery of prototypes and on time execution of production related activities during the development phase (until SOP).
To create Prototype FC in 2years view.
Leading IPTs and authorized to address and delegate tasks to IPT members.
Communication channel between customer/market and Internal Development Team.
Main interface for the customer in project related topics and represents the projec team at the customer.
Define and support individual development and carreer plan for employees.
Coaching, delegation, guidance, training, leading.
Lead organization.
Support, Development, Motivation of Direct Supports.

▪ Masters, University Degree in Information Technology, Sience, Technical Related or Physics
▪ Development Area of Automotive Industry (preferred Project Management) 3-5 Years experience
▪ Engineering Development Cycle and Customer communication during projects. 3years.
▪ Managed more than 3 Employees for more than 3 years
▪ Work in global environment (international organizations, international projects etc.), 2 Years.
