Solution Train Engineer (m/f/d) - REF14964X

We are looking for you to support our area Architecture and Networking at the location Regensburg.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Acting as a facilitator (m/f/diverse) for numerous projects and for their multiple trains within product line
• Supporting about 10 focus projects in parallel (RED Projects, AGILE SAFE Projects, Big fishes (SALES > 300 Mio € LT sales)) within 17 locations
• Representing the Teams in vertical and horizontal sync meetings
• Servant leadership and facilitator (m/f/diverse) of the progress towards the solution goals
• Ensuring process & method conformance and facilitating a continuous improvement of the whole solution train to support ASPICE MAN.3
• Driving forecasting methods to mitigate risks on development complexity, staffing and competency
• Defining and supervising skills management for solution and classic roles and defining career paths, as identified root cause for MAN.3 gaps
• Ensuring that impediments within the solution train are removed and conflicts are resolved
• Driving cross competency management across discipline and project competence or experience
• Leading, mentoring and synchronizing Facilitators which are less experienced or work on team level or program level, like the Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer

• Academic technical or economic degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in working in the automotive area
• Several years of experience in project management
• Experience as project leader (m/f/diverse)
• Know How in Product life Cycle, Maturity Levels, Agile Methods, Scrum Methods and SAFe are mandatory
• Fluent English and good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Expert in Presentation Skills, Estimation methods, Conflict Management, Negotiation Skills and able to motivate and ignite colleagues
• Excellent Know How in managing work and measure methods, supported by prioritization
