Náplň práce

  • Governance and implementation of future enhancements for specific areas of the platform in close cooperation with global stakeholders
  • Consulting of stakeholders in terms of requirements assessment and process implementation
  • Networking, exchange and cooperation with providers and other external partners regarding future product developments
  • Optimization of the services, including continuous service improvement (e.g. introduction of technical innovations, pilots, proof of concept) as well as Service Management tasks
  • Support in strategic topics such as enhancing service & audit guidelines, proactive piloting new functionalities, system monitoring concepts

Profil kandidáta

  • Academic degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Business Informatics or several years of work experience the above mentioned field
  • Knowledge and experience in IT Service Management
  • Experience in managing external service providers
  • First experience in project management, ideally as project lead (m/f/divers)
  • Expertise in knowledge and information management 
  • Preferably knowledge in cloud solutions and architecture (SAP Sucess factors, would be a plus)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills
  • Independent, structured, results­ and customer­ oriented work method
