Your tasks

Our intern will be responsible for:
- Contacting the variable employees;
- Scheduling & performing face to face Exit interviews with our variable internal & external employees;
- Working in close cooperation with the managers & leasing recruiters;
- Responsible for processing the HR documents archive;
- Maintaining database & data analysis.
Your profile
We are searching for a student that:
- Is enrolled in University - final year Bachelor's degree/Master's degree (Psychology or related fields);
- Is available for a 6h/day working schedule - onsite;
- Has strong communication skills and is open to continuously learn new things;
- Is highly organized with critical attention to details;
- Is proactive & a team player;
- Knows English at a conversational level (both written and spoken);
- Has strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
