Manufacturing Systems Support Analyst

THE POSITION

The mission of the Manufacturing Systems Support Analyst is to provide continuous, high quality IT services. As an individual contributor and in team settings, the Manufacturing Systems Support Analyst provides subject matter expertise, operational and administrative support for manufacturing systems and applications.

•Manage incidents/problems and escalate them to support levels 2 and 3 as appropriate;

•Support of IT applications/systems;

•Support users in IT-related areas;

•Integrate and test existing and new IT equipment/applications;

•Make repairing works with 2nd and 3rd level support and/or with third party companies if it is necessary;

•Troubleshoot and fast solving of issues according to priority level;

•Monitoring and preventing potential security risks according to company cybersecurity;

•Following and executing existing IT procedures, processes, instructions, and best practices; 

•User support and helpdesk;

•Install and handover of IT equipment/applications;

•Perform IT maintenance activities;

•Work in a shift schedule

Associates degree in Computer Science or another relevant degree.
