Market Analyst for BA User Experience for Controlling Service Center (Iasi)

We are looking for a new colleague to join our global team that is passionate about market research and oriented on finding new ways to do things easier and better.

The person to be hired for this position will work within the Strategic Sales & Marketing team for User Experience Business Area. 

Do you want to be a Market Analyst? These should spark your interest:

  • Contribute in planning and organizing the consolidation and review process of the market data, in alignment with the Business Area needs;
  • Be responsible for preparing  standard market presentation and reports for management and other stakeholders (e.g. market booklet, customer and competitor profiles, etc);
  • Offer support in the preparation of special market related analysis/studies for management and other stakeholders;
  • Offer support in product portfolio analysis and business planning activities  (business cases) with relevant market data;
  • Support keeping the organization up to date with relevant news and studies from the industry;
  • Be responsible for collecting and integrating input for market data consolidation for the Business Area in cooperation with sales staff and technical departments;
  • Drive the activities related to the Market Database administration and development, by structuring and documenting data;
  • Create comprehensive studies including industry, competitor, customer and business intelligence, forecasts and market share analysis, real time tracking of customer industry sector and global macro economy;
  • Actively drive the automatization and digitalization processes related to the market intelligence activities;
  • Maintain, develop and improve our information sharing platform.

A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

Profil kandidáta

You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:

  • University or master’s degree in Marketing / Statistics / Economics / Economical Engineering;
  • English - Advanced skills for writing, reading and speaking;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point; advantage: SharePoint, MS Power BI or other data visualization tools);
  • High interest and proved experience in market research and marketing;
  • Pioneer and manage multiple projects at the same time;
  • Solid business ability to translate stakeholder needs into results and initiatives;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and able to speak to all levels of the organization;
  • Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, ruled by self-discipline and reliability;
  • General understanding of the automotive business;
  • Communication skills and good teamwork spirit, open to learn and continuously develop.
