Do you want to be a Product Owner - Project Execution Platform for Smart Mobility (SMY)?
These should spark your interest:
- Take Product Ownership of Project Execution Platform (PEP) for Smart Mobility business area;
- Collaborate with Process Managers and other Stake Holders to gather requirements for PEP improvements;
- Plan and implement the activities with direct support of the tool vendor;
- Initiate initial project set up in the R&D toolchain;
- Tailor of work product objectives to project needs;
- Act as an interface to our customer projects collecting feedback to enable continuous improvement for process, methods, and tool chain;
- Support and coach PEP Managers and customer project teams:
- in initial project setup;
- in initial planning of process relevant work products;
- by providing standard reporting dashboards built on data retrieved from our standard development toolchain;
- Couching for agile methods.
A mentor will support you to gradually take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:
- Commercial apprenticeship with several years of professional experience or similar;
- Several years of experience in product or process management;
- Good knowledge regarding automotive product life cycle;
- Advanced project management knowledge;
- Knowledge about agile methods and principles; statistics and reporting methods;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- Initiative and excellent communication and analytical skills;
- Good writing, reading and speaking English skills.
Would be a plus
- SCRUM Master, Agile Product Owner or SAFe certificate;
- Tool knowledge: Atlassian toolset (Jira, Confluence) Metrics(eazyBI, powerBI) Planning (BigPicture, Planisware), Configuration tools (IBM EWM SCM, GitHub), MS-Office (Excel).
