Náplň práce
As HR Specialist (training) Intern, you will be supporting Training Team in daily activities:
- Maintain and improve the quality of tracking and digitalization of training.
- Support training organization and contribute training efficiency improvement both content and the way of organization.
- Support to increase the learning management system usage of managers and all employees.
- Support communication and organization of activities with educational institutions.
Profil kandidáta
You can be a perfect match in our team if you have/are:
- Able to join an internship for 6 months.
- Eager to have a career in training organization, project management, and relations with educational institutions.
- Graduation from social sciences or engineering fields.
- Advance English skills.
- Active driving is an advantage.
- German language is an advantage.
