1.Deep analysis the failed parts from customer side, have fast response to critical issue.

2.Create lessons learned and share with CHU team periodically

3.Lead tough function issue problem solving

4.Cooperate with related departments driving for quality improvement

5.Support customer quality in terms of quality issue solving and reporting

6. Build up the data-base for quality analysis, do statistics and summary for further decision

7.In charge of shop floor analysis room, perform lot release to shorten the analysis time of risk prevention

8.Train quality analysis technician about product defect analysis skills (basic)

9.General training for new colleagues about the FDC & display solution knowledges.

1.Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, or equivalent

2.5 years of working experiences in the related analysis field

3.working experiences in the automotive and/or manufacturing are desirable

4.Experiences in project management necessary

5.Technical and quality knowledge are necessary
