Quality Engineer - Customer Responsible

Responsible for the relationship with customers on quality issues (customer complaint management, knowledge, implementation, compliance and application of customer and standard norms and specifications, product approval management, monitoring the resolution of internal Quality issues, drawing up verification instructions, work, firewall, CP, participation in FMEA meetings, participation in improvement projects (TPOC, NQC, etc.).

Complaints management for the clients they are responsible for (receiving, processing, tracking, closing complaints and statistics);

Use of structured methods for analyzing and solving problems (A3,8D);

Proposing corrective and preventive measures;

Monitoring the resolution of internal Quality problems;

Supervises that the checks that are made during production proceed according to the rules. Supervision is done on the basis of deployment plans, verification plans and verification instructions, specifications, drawings, customer provisions, statistical procedures and risk analyses;

Following and maintaining targets in the company; Assisting clients in company audits Responsible for knowing and managing Quality tasks in the client portal;

Knowledge, implementation, compliance and application of client and standard norms and specifications;

Evaluation of internal quality records, as well as the derivation of measures and the preparation of reports (internal/external PPM, error reports, SAP, scrap);

Collaboration with other departments in the company in issues relevant to quality, environment and safety;

Guaranteeing an economic process and according to the norms for all measures that ensure quality and the environment;

Participation in FMEA meetings Participation in improvement projects (TPOC, NQC, etc.); Collaboration with the QS department, patrols and other departments for the implementation of prevention and correction measures;

Profil kandidáta

Technical Bachelor degree

English-medium level

Knowledge of the German language is an advantage

Office 365

Knowledge of Core Tools of analysis and problem solving methods (A3, 8D, Ishikawa, 5why) Knowledge of the Renault, VW and SAP customer portal (quality, logistics, production etc. module) is an advantage.
