Sr. CRM & Digital Platforms Specialist
Náplň práce
- Identify, implement and improve the analysis of information regarding business strategies through updated and innovative interfaces and systems, compatible with those of our customers.
- Manage, maintain and give training for our B2B ERP, development and maintenance for eCommerce (B2B and B2B2C) and marketing programs platforms (B2B2C).
- Local Key user for our CRM system, identifying commercial needs to be deployed in the tool.
- Evaluate technological trends to be implemented within the business.
- Develop effective and agile digital solutions according to the digital transformation strategy acting as the link between vendors and business for current value proposition.
Profil kandidáta
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Administration, ECommerce, Sale
- Advanced English
- 3 to 5 years of experience with systems management:
- ERP - (SAP is a must)
- CRM - (SalesForce is a must)
- Commercial / Marketing Platform (Loyalty, Incentive, Warranty)
- Knowledge:
- Lead and Coach multifunctional projects (Agile methodologies is a plus)
- Vendor and budget management expertise
