  • Manage and direct operation in assigned area
  • Ensure efficient delivery and quality of products and services to clients
  • Responsible for setting and meeting goals and budget plan of cost, quality, waste, safety, and output
  • Lead planning of capital expenditures and process improvements while assuring adherence to plant procedures and policies
  • Responsible for budget planning and accomplishment
  • Quality improvements and defective product analysis projects
  • Manage process improvements and quality/uniformity
  • Responsible for cost reduction and reduction of process variation
  • Analyze best of best process and machine vs. actual
  • Analyze gaps in process and propose capital investment to close gaps
  • Involved in and support capital expenditures
  • Manage projects including planning and implementation within area
  • Run department day to day operations maintaining efficient low cost, high quality output
  • Manage, communicate, and review performance of direct reports
  • Must have formal problem-solving skills and high level organization skills
  • Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures, and maintain controls 
  • Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties  
  • Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards 
  • Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others 
  • Other duties as assigned

Profil kandidáta

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 7+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing; 14+ years of manufacturing supervisory/leadership experience or more if no relevant Bachelors Degree
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
