- Mechanical Engineer, with three years of experience in Automotive industry

- knowledge of Solid Works

- Knowledge of ESH

- Knowledge of quality

- Drawing analysis, creation and modification  

- Metals and plastic knowledge (materials)

Ensure that the times established for the design and quotation of tooling for a new product are fulfilled in a timely manner in order to guarantee available tools in the assigned stages of the launching process.
Validate that the tooling is functional for the tooling run and find opportunities in the tooling in order to make the appropriate corrections.
Perform delivery of tooling, change over, drawings, under acceptance protocol to process engineer in order to ensure that the tooling meets the needs of the project
Follow up on the opportunities agreed in the acceptance protocol until its closure in order to guarantee that the project covers the process needs
Require the numbers of part of tools assigned by company code for the new model in order to guarantee the availability of these when delivering the change over.
Ensure that the drawings of any tooling comply with the corporate design procedures in order to guarantee a standard.
Develop new concepts of tooling based on design procedures and process standards in order to guarantee the functionality of the tooling according to these procedures and standards.
Guarantee the availability of the tooling drawings by another means of storage when these are not in the SAP system in order to guarantee the availability of the document.
