What will you be responsible for?

Define & implement solution to efficient the Invoice processing for suppliers. Identify system gaps and drive continuous system improvements supporting process efficiency, improve data quality. Create conceptual designs and translate business requirements into technical specifications Create process documentation and training materials, execute trainings Plan.

Actively influence digital transformation and be a constant driver of innovation of accounts payable process, providing support and leading automatization and innovation projects with the possibility to develop and implement own ideas, work on innovative projects, technologies, robots.

Participation on development and implementation of service improvement solutions to agile the daily operations and interaction with the suppliers. Identification and implementation of automation potential such as repetitive administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor´s Degree in System Engineering or Information Technology.

Essential skills, experience and competence required

English Advanced skills for writing, reading, and speaking.

Very good handling with MS office software

Desirable skills, experience and competence

General Knowledge in Finance process

Digitalization systems skills

General Project management skills. 

Affinity with programming applications such as Robotic Process Automatization

The job have the flexibilitu to do Home Office 50%
