Process Engineer

Act in the planning of new lines, FMEA layouts, develop and update flowcharts of manufacturing processes to meet the needs and requirements of customers;
Elaborate processes and documentation of the production lines according to the APQP standards (guideline, work plans, control documentation);
Draw up investment plans for new machinery and equipment for the manufacture of new products; 

Continuous improvement of production processes;
Accompanying process audits, preparing and implementing actions;
Plan, execute and measure the performance of the process during the “ramp up” phase, following OEE “KPIs”, etc;

Evaluate existing processes and cycle times.

Bachelor's degree complete in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics

Experience at the function

Knowledge in automation and control

Fluent English
