Check out your future responsibilities below

  • To provide administrative support of the assigned department’s  staff and manager
  • To handle and arrange all protocol aspects
  • To organize and procure office material and equipment
  • To create/release the Shopping Cards for the production equipment (if applicable)
  • To organize meetings, events & audits (visit announcement, room reservation, production equipment, protocol)
  • To make all necessary resource reservations for organized meetings and events
  • To organize travels and the subsequent booking of travel expenses  and documents of the assigned department’s  staff and manager
  • To create and track  of electronic capital requests and purchase requisitions and tracking of ordering status
  • To create and track electronic personnel requests and keep track of status
  • To provide support for general and frequent used tools
  • Responsible of Lean Admin process in his/her defined area
  • Active role in the Lean Admin organization to improve the standards
  • Organize and sustain Lean Admin workshops in his/her defined area of responsibility
  • Perform audits according to the planning
  • Collect and communicate audit results to his/her defined area
  • Collect and follow-up on the action list into his/her defined area
  • Define additional actions to close the gap to the given target and escalate to department manager when necessary
  • To maintain good relations with all business partners internal or outside Conti
  • Generate overviews needed for management decisions (e.g. number of open ePRs/discipline, deep dive in case of mismatches, RBT coverage, etc)
  • Support in cross-location topics (e.g. ICO transfers alignment with partner locations)
  • Maintain several interfaces with PL4 / EN regarding (e.g ePRs handling, location confluence pages, etc)
  • Maintain ePR sharepoint requests for PL4 (all disciplines) and EN SYS for SIB
  • Request ePRs depending on communicated needs
  • Update status depending on hiring
  • Maintain global organization charts
  • Register new entries, leavings
  • Trigger review when needed
  • Organize local workshops (including accommodation for different participants, transportation, meeting rooms, meals, etc.)
  • Owner of processes on department level (inventory, transfer of assets from one CC to another due to reorganization, etc.)
