Náplň práce

You will be responsible for our Subregion North Bicycle Tire customers, by focusing on their current and future needs. You will strategically drive profitable sales growth and market share, as well as managing the day-to-day sales activities. GetTheGrip on your career in Specialty Tires.

Main Tasks:

  • You will develop, build and foster effective long-term relationships with customers
  • You will introduce new products into the market
  • You will prepare forecast and budget planning to ensure profitable targets
  • You will proactively sell, promote and train our tire portfolio according to targets, needs and market developments
  • You will research, implement and analyze digital solutions and interfaces
  • You will negotiate account specific contracts, pricing, returns, etc. to sustain and expand business opportunities
  • You will record system-side requirements and data supply of Key Accounts
  • You will collaborate with central functions to ensure successful cooperation and accomplishment of mutual goals
  • You will represent Bicycle Tires in local and national trade show events and activities

Profil kandidáta

  • Academic degree in business administration or similar
  • Several years of work experience in sporting, ideally bicycle goods industry
  • Strong customer focus attitude
  • Distinctive digital maturity
  • English required, additional language skills e.g. German desirable
  • High intercultural sensitivity and strong networking skills
  • Strong organization skills and willingness to take initiative
  • Solid negotiation and presentation skills/experience, both personal and virtual
  • Willingness to travel
  • Located in Germany
  • Passion for Cycling
