Your tasks
Scope of Work:
- Support COD and Inside Sales order processing and tracking
- Assist Inside Sales with order creation, documentation, and system updates
- Monitor order status and ensure timely customer follow-up
- Support new workflow implementation during transition
- Any additional tasks required as part of the restructure support activities
Your profile
- Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Interest in Supply Chain Management
- Preferably with minimum 6 months availability; currently in advanced or final stage of study
