Responsabilități
Manage and coordinate the department’s resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, and budget) based on Quality, Cost, and Safety objectives, in order to ensure compliance with the production target.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience in the automotive industry required (experience in tire manufacturing is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- English- B1
- Knowledge of production processes
- Personnel management (Mandatory)
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Lean Manufacturing
- Quality Management Systems.
- ESH Systems (Environment, Safety, and Health)
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Sequencing Knowledge
