Responsabilități
Close cooperation in the strategic management of the organization
Setting production (inkl. programming) plans and policies in line with the organization's strategy
Managing and organizing data preparation and production, ensuring a lean process flow
Planning data preparation and production capacities and resources to meet deadlines and orders
Optimizing data preparation, production procedures and processes in terms of technology, productivity in cooperation with industrial engineering and quality
Implementing processes for continuous improvement in data preparation and production
Monitoring and evaluating data preparation, production and financial plans while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness
Close cooperation with the quality management department in resolving complaints and defining corrective and preventive actions
Functional lead for data preparation Sidealls Runding to improve interace between data handling and produciton
Managing appropriate working conditions and overseeing occupational health and safety compliance.Collaborating with other departments.
Leading, motivating, evaluating, and monitoring the performance of subordinate employees
Leadership, motivation, evaluation, and performance control of subordinate employees within the assigned organizational unit
Leader of Maintenance Manager, Ensure maintenacne of machines and building, reduce with preventive maintenance measures machine breakdowns.
Lead of warehouse, logistics and order processing
Cerințe
Knowledge of design & manufacturing technologies for tire mold production
Understanding of the technical relationships between containers and tire molds
Knowledge of general mechanical engineering, technical mechanics, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, materials science
Lean methodologies
Communication techniques
Proficiency in common MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote
English – spoken and written
Knowledge in Logistics and BDE-Systems
Knowledge in Maintenance Strategies (TPM)
