Daily
▪ ...Responsible for tracking daily production indicators and hosting morning meetings, coordinating with other departments to solve production problems more quickly and efficiently
▪ ...Regularly convene production supervisors and line leaders to hold production management meetings;
▪ ...Responsible for in accordance with 5S, target management, Kanban management and other requirements of the supervisors to the production site management;
Safety
▪ ...Strict implementation of the production safety management system to ensure personal safety and the normal operation of equipment;
▪ ...During the daily inspection, the illegal operation and the non-wearing of protective equipment shall be stopped and punished
▪ ...From time to time, all personnel are trained in safe production
Improvement
▪ ...Through site management for lean production improvement, and gradually improve production efficiency, reduce costs;
Quality
▪ ...To assist the relevant departments to improve the production process;

Intercultural / International Experience
Worked in international team, or Cooperation with global team, or participate in cross location/country projects, and etc
