Your tasks
✨ What you’ll do:
- Manage LinkedIn and internal platforms, ensuring efficient operation and support for learning and development.
- Support training budget & reports – track numbers and turn them into insights.
- Organize surveys, trainings & events – from planning to implementation.
- Participate in induction days – meet new colleagues and contribute to their first experience.
- Gain exposure to Talent Management & Development projects – learn, grow & make an impact.
Your profile
- Final-year Bachelor or first-year Master student in Economics or related fields 🎓
- Organized, proactive & detail-oriented
- Comfortable with data, reports & digital platforms
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- English – intermediate/advanced
