Principal Risk Analyst - Risk Management

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Periodic review of Workers Compensation (USA Govt State accident insurance) accruals and semi-annually review Liability accruals
• Review of 100% of Contracts for USA from Risk Management perspective 
• Leader on Collect/Validate data for underwriting purposes for multiple lines of insurance / manage certificates of insurance / Policy annual renewals
• Liaison with auditors of insurance carriers
• Management of claims and support litigations processes.
• Surety Bonds Management – needed for Customs
• Incentives: Lead annual activities for our active/future incentives from States (analysis, submission of rebates, audits, other) - Partnership with Tax-Footprint-Government affairs
• Key in Maintenance of Liquidity planning working with different groups

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management/ Accounting/Economics/Finance
• Minimum 7 years of  relevant experience 
• Proven risk and insurance experience in the following areas:
  • Risk assessment and mitigation
  • Regulatory compliance and audits
  • Working with underwriters
  • Experience working with External agencies (States, Cities) for incentives-related topics
  • Strategic planning
