Competency Management Trainee
Your tasks
We are seeking a motivated Competency Management Trainee to join our worldwide R&D team. This internship position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in competency management in our worldwide R&D organization.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of competency frameworks for various roles within the organization
- Support the implementation of competency-based learning initiatives
- Collaborate with worldwide R&D team members to gather and analyze competency data
- Help create and update competency profiles for different job positions
- Assist in generating reports and presentations on competency-related metrics
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of competency management practices
Your profile
- B2 level (written and verbal) in English language required
- Ability to work independent and reliable
- Proactivity and positive attitude towards people
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
