Process Industrialization Engineer OESL

• Prepare Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and coordinate the PLC (Product life cycle) for the execution of activities derived from new projects and / or engineering changes, in addition to supporting the department in technical and administrative tasks required.
• Plan, implement and maintain robust and reliable processes and tools, for make efficient our product value chain, also meet and improve the requirements of safety, quality, productivity, ergonomics and the environment, derived from new product launches, engineering changes or continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Advanced English 
• Experience: 
  • Professional experience in the Automotive Industry, preferably for Process and/or Manufacturing
  • Customer Project Management and Non Customer Projects 
  • Leading Projects and specific teams (giving direction, feedback, motivation, moderation)
  • Customers specific requirements of clients (GM, Ford & Tesla) 
• Knowledge: 
  • APQP
  • IATF 
  • PPAP
  • Core tools 
  • Design and product qualifications and process 
  • ESH  
  • Know how Customers Drawings
