IT Local Support

-Create standard domain user and admin accounts.

-Patch management /Lan Desk.

-Maintain antivirus and Integrity control (software whitelisting)

-Administer and maintain objects in standard systems such as HP Asset Manager, QIP, Active Directory, etc.

-Plan and coordinate obsolete computers hardware replacements.

-Support on installing standard image in new computers.

-Reinstall standard image when a computer fails.

- Bachelor degree in Systems Engineer or similar

- Hardware and Software support experience

- Microsoft operating systems knowledge

- Microsoft Office 365

- Intermediate English Level
