Business Partner Export Control & Sanctions - China

The Business Partner Export Control & Sanctions is working as the interface for the regions. He/she supports the Export Control Coordinators 
and the Export Control Department relating to specific requests. 
He/she has the local and worldwide knowledge, he/she is the experience keeper of  Export Control. 
The main activities are: 
- Support to perform screening of existing and new business partners with reference to final destination and end-use in 
compliance with international sanction lists
- Support the classification of products, equipment and technology acc. to national & international Dual Use Lists 
- Support of project teams with regard to any business (products, equipment, software, technology) with embargo countries 
or sensitive customers/suppliers

University degree (Bachelor or higher) in Law/Economis/Trade Compliance/SCM 

2 years of international import/export and trade compliance experience

2 years of international business projects

2 years experience in other operations area (Law, Economics)
