Responsabilități
- Interface between Project Team and Purchasing Organization;
- Carry out RFQs for new parts and prepare sourcing suggestions;
- Support of supplier resourcing activities/tool transfers;
- Facilitate and coordinate purchasing-related requirements between development project teams and purchasing team;
- Enter and maintain commercial data in ERP system;
- Monitoring and implementation of project material cost targets;
- Searching for alternative components (when there is a lack of material) and appropriate order;
- Tracking of project material cost;
- Support the implementation of material group- and supplier strategy;
- Quote new parts and prepare supplier nomination decisions;
- Maintain the approved vendors' list for relevant commodities;
- Support project development teams for purchasing related topics for relevant commodities;
- Support other functions in escalated situations regarding responsible commodities;
- Create, maintain and update the preferred supplier list;
- Identification of new potential suppliers;
- Perform supplier meetings and price negotiations and prepare supplier nominations;
- Support global lead buyer for commodities.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Experience collaborating with international teams;
- Strong results-driven approach through negotiation and communication within cross-functional teams;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written);
- Experience in project coordination;
- 2+ years of purchasing experience is a bonus;
- Experience in purchasing decorative parts is a bonus;
